Who can see your conversations
Only your business — you and the staff you have added.
Another business using VizoChat can never see yours. Every request is checked against the account it came from, not against the address in the browser.
VizoChat's own staff
Our support staff can open your panel to help you, and when they do:
- they can look, and change nothing — every save, delete and setting is refused;
- the visit is written into a permanent log with the staff member's name and the time.
What your customers see
- A customer's mobile number is shown to you partly hidden, and never to another customer.
- Internal notes are never sent to the customer.
- The AI never claims to be a human.
What the AI will never do
- It will not fill in a password, card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or national ID field — not even if the box is marked as fillable by mistake.
- It will not press a button that cannot be undone without asking the customer first.
- It will not quote a price it was not given.
Protecting your own account
- Use a password you use nowhere else.
- Remove staff accounts the day someone leaves. A switched-off account stops working on the very next request, not whenever its session expires.
- Give agents the agent role, not manager, unless they need it.
- Only the owner and managers can delete anything or change what the AI says.
Two-step sign-in is available to VizoChat's own staff today. It is being added for business accounts — until it is, we say so here rather than letting you believe a protection is in place that is not.
Deleting things
- A conversation — open it, then the more menu and Delete this chat. The messages and any files sent in it are removed for good.
- Something you taught the AI — the remove button on that row.
- Everything read from your website — Forget the pages read from my website.
Deleting is only available to the owner and managers, because it cannot be undone.
