One line on your website
Copy this into your website's pages, just before the closing </body> tag:

Replace yourname with your own chat-link address — you can see it in your
panel under Widget & link.
That is the whole installation. The chat bubble appears at the bottom right, and messages start arriving in your panel immediately.
WordPress
- In your dashboard go to Appearance → Theme File Editor, or use any "insert header and footer code" plugin.
- Paste the line above into the footer box.
- Save.
If your theme has a "Custom Code" or "Footer Scripts" setting, that works too. It does not matter where in the footer it goes.
Shopify, Wix, Squarespace
All three have a place for custom code:
- Shopify — Online Store → Themes → Edit code →
theme.liquid, just before the closing body tag - Wix — Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code → Body - end
- Squarespace — Settings → Advanced → Code Injection → Footer
No website at all?
You do not need one. Every business gets a chat page of its own:
vizochat.com/yourname
Put that link in your Facebook page, your Instagram bio, your printed card or a QR code, and customers can chat with you without you owning a website.
Checking it works
- Open your website in a private/incognito window — so you arrive as a stranger would.
- Click the chat bubble and send a message.
- It should appear in your panel's inbox within a second or two.
