Your own chat address
Every business gets one:
vizochat.com/yourname
It opens a full-page chat with your business. Nobody needs an app, an account or your phone number.
Put it wherever your customers already are — Facebook page, Instagram bio, printed on a card, or behind a QR code.
Also by your mobile number
You can turn on a second address that uses your business mobile:
vizochat.com/01712345678
Customers who know your number can reach your chat by typing it. It works with or without the country code, with or without dashes.
Keeping it private
If you would rather your number were not a public address, switch Show my number publicly off in Widget & link. The number is then neither shown anywhere nor usable as a link — hiding it means hiding it, not just leaving it off the page.
Proving the number is yours
Anyone can type a number into a box, so a number is only really yours once you have proved it with a code sent by SMS.
Until you prove it, your panel says so plainly, and another business could claim the same number. Once you prove it, nobody can take it — not even by claiming it first.
SMS sending is not switched on yet. Until it is, the panel tells you the number is unverified rather than pretending otherwise.
Changing your chat-link name
Ask support. It is not a self-service setting on purpose: the old address stops working the moment it changes, and anything already printed or shared would stop reaching you.
